  Hello AMS families I am Kristina Winters, Superintendent for the Academy of Math & Science. I am so excited to welcome you to the 2025 2026 school year.
  
  The last couple weeks admin and teacher have been in training and they're currently setting up their classrooms in preparation for your Scholars to return.
  
  But I'd like to remind you of 2 very important upcoming dates.
  First this Wednesday, July 23rd from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. is our annual Meet the Teacher Event. Here you will see your classrooms, meet your teachers and check out the clubs and sports offered in quarter 1.
  
  And most importantly, pick up that drive by number.
  Secondly, mark your calendars for July 31st. The first day of school. If you're unable to make either 1 of those days please reach out to your campus front office which is open daily from 8 to 4:00 p.m.
  
  We cannot thank you enough for choosing the Academy of Math & Science where we are committed to providing the best education and the best environment for our Scholars.
  
  I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday July 23rd for meet the teacher night and again July 31st our first day of school thank you!

  Hi AMS families it's your super superintendent Miss Winters and I have a question for you have you ever sent out a video with important information that's thousands of families only to realize that the dates you share was wrong well I sure have so I am here to correct my mistake the first day of school is Thursday July 31st Thursday July 31st and don't forget that tomorrow from 4 to 7:00 we have our meet the teacher event again if you are unable to make it tomorrow or for the first say a school on July 31st please let your front office know enjoy the rest of your summer and we will see you for the first day of school on July 31st
