Good morning, and welcome to your Morning Message for Tuesday, April 7, 2013 (DL Day 12). Today in Study Island, we will be working on Main Idea/Detail, Modal Auxiliary Verbs (special helping verbs), and Support/Developing Topics in Explanatory and Opinion Writing. We are still working on getting EVERYONE logged onto our Google Classrooms to retrieve the lessons there. Please wait until Thursday to share them with me, so that there are not too many files waiting in my in-box. Do them all first, then share, please. You will have a story coming soon plus Reading and Responding questions. Zoom Meetings at 9:30 and 12:30 Tuesday and Thursday are for you to work on your assignments for your Specials Teachers. good morning my fourth grade dragons of 4C and 4D here's your morning message for day 12 distance-learning April 7th 2020 today unsteady Island we are going to be discussing modal auxiliary verbs which are special helping verbs that show action that could could have happened or hasn't happened yet and we are going to talk about supporting and developing topics in explanatory or opinion writing so you start when your topic and then you go into explaining it right you support it with ideas and details such as things that we've already been working on it's on you study island in Edition you'll have your main idea and detail included in today since it wasn't posted yesterday okay thanks to Renata shout out for help what's with that okay we are still encouraging you to join our Google classroom and it is it is a requirement you need to be out there on Google classroom I need to see that you are completing the lessons please do not met or share to me until Thursday after you have finished with everything that has been put out there for you there will be more lessons put out there between today and tomorrow that you need to work on and they'll be quick to answer those reading response questions that are at the end of the story you're going to have those so don't start sharing with me yet as then I'll have 100 documents over a documents and I need only 65 so one document per student all right hopefully you are finding everything where it's supposed to be we're going to zoom at 9:30 and then we're going to Zumba and later hopefully you finished your sheep sheets from yesterday that's Pages 123 and 124 hopefully you're working on your vocabulary and spelling Define those words know what those words mean for the vocabulary you spelling words sometimes you have to look those up to know what those words mean as well knowing what they mean will help you to spell the better behave yourself this is for the weak suffixes are a group of letters that are added on to the end of a root word and they also have a meeting with suffixes them sell the meaning of right hope to see you on the zoo with your questions and I will post those momentarily have a good morning
