Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year at Academy of Math and Science Glendale! I am very excited to be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year! My name is Maribeth Ptak and I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Last year, I moved to Phoenix, Arizona after living and teaching in Chicago, Illinois for many years. In 2002, I graduated from Marquette University with my bachelor’s degree and returned to school in 2010 to receive my teaching license from Alverno College. I received my master’s degree in education in December 2017. This will be my seventh year teaching kindergarten. I cannot wait to start off the year and get to know you and your child!
