Principal's Message

 

Hi families! 

 

            Welcome back to another exciting and successful 2019-2020 school year! I am honored to be able to continue to work in partnership with you and your family as we put forth our best efforts to academically educate your child(ren).  With your support your child(ren) will receive the best possible education. You can ensure your child(ren) has/have a successful school year by making sure they are in attendance, arrive to school on time, support and communicate with their teacher. Our teachers and administration at MASSA are grateful to have the privilege of educating your child(ren). We strive in challenging each student by providing a well-rounded education. In this packet I have included important information. Please review enclosed documents and complete necessary information.

           

It’s with great pleasure to introduce to you our new MASSA Staff: Brenda Griffin (SPED), Reuben Rim (CT), Wren Lapsansky (K), Amy Martinez (1st), Megan Alley (1st), Jason Mounce (2nd), Grace Kinney(3rd), Aya Negm (3rd), Courtney Allen (3rd), Marie McDonough (5th), Larry Barnes (5th), Erick Davis (MS), Karen Burgan (MS), Robert Gumpert (MS), Emily Xu(FL), Katelyn DeMeitis (MS), Roberto Discutido (MS), Guillermo Keymolent (Music), Dara Good (para) and Natalie Marquez (para).  Please plan to attend our Middle School Registration on July 22nd from 1pm-3pm and our Meet and Greet for our K-5th grade families on July 23rd from 1pm-3pm.  This will be a great opportunity for you to meet our wonderful new MASSA Staff.

           

Parents/Guardians please review the Drop off and Pickup procedures. It is very important to note that all MASSA Lions can be dropped off at the earliest 7:15am in the gymnasium. Due to security reasons, please do not drop off your child before 7:15am supervision will not be available. Front office opens until 7:30am.
