Meet Mrs. McKnight
Tami McKnight received her Bachelor's Degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. During her college years, she played tennis and was a cheerleader for the University. This will be Tami's first year at the Academies of Math and Science. In the past, she has had many different experiences in teaching. Mrs. McKnight started as a 5/6 split teacher in Tacoma Washington. After starting a family she became a preschool teacher/owner before moving on to substitute teaching which became long term. Last year she decided to take a Kindergarten position in Kent Washington. Due to a job change with her husband, they decided to move down to Arizona to take on new adventures. She is very excited to be at the Academies of Math and Science.
