Meet Ms. Stephanie Puntil
Ms. Stephanie Puntil attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, Il., receiving a Bachelors of General Studies. She majored in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology and Law. Ms. Puntil received her teaching certificate in Special Education K-12 as well as a Masters in Special Education from California State University at Northridge. She also received a Masters in Public Administration from CSUN. Ms. Puntil has taught for twenty-one years, teaching in Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, and now here in Phoenix. She holds certification to teach in California, Illinois, Texas and Arizona. She has taught all K-12 and taught college courses at UCLA in Community Based Social Services, CSI, Speech and Debate.
When Ms. Puntil is not teaching she is traveling seeing the United States, Canada, and Mexico. She always travels with her Lab, Izzy, who enjoys traveling with her mom. Ms. Puntil is an avid animal lover as she also has three cats (all rescues). Ms. Puntil is a professional dancer, who still competes in Latin Ballroom. Ms. Puntil was trained in three martial arts and Russian Classical Ballet.
Ms. Puntil is looking forward to meeting and learning about each of her students, their dreams, aspirations, interests, and what they want to learn more about this school year.
