Meet Mrs. Tammy Bowers

Mrs. Tammy Bowers is a certified teacher in Arizona. She received her bachelor’s degree from Rochester University where she majored in Early Childhood. Her master’s degree is from Walden University where she majored in Early Childhood with a minor in Teaching Adults. She is passionate about accepting and respecting her students’ unique character, potential, and capabilities. She endeavors to create a safe, inviting, learning environment where her students can build self-confidence and a love for learning. Mrs. Bowers feels the importance of advocating for her families and making sure they receive the support and guidance they need. She also believes in supporting her fellow colleagues and the admin team here at AMS.

Mrs. Bowers moved to Arizona four years ago from Flint Michigan. She has four children, seven grandchildren and has been married to her husband Jim for 40 years in September. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and swimming.
