November 2019 Sports Updates:
 
AMS Super Tournament took place last month. All schools in the AMS Network met as the Desert Sky campus to compete in a volleyball and flag football competition. Desert Sky Girls Volleyball took second place. Desert Sky Co-Ed Flag Football Team beat MASSA in the final game to take the championship trophy!
 
Junior Dragons Soccer has begun. Over 250 students in Kindergarten-5th grade practice two times a week after school learning the basics of the game and how to be a great teammate. Every Saturday, all teams meet on the Desert Sky soccer field to showcase their newly learned skills in a friendly tournament.
 
Dragon Spirit is everywhere at Desert Sky, as our 3 levels of cheer teams have begun practices. Look out for the Sparklers and the FIRE Squad performing at a basketball game in the DS LAIR soon!
