Students worked on measuring using their rulers and feet! See if they can use their feet to measure the length of their room. They are to complete their Facts 104B and Homework 104B.

Students worked on identifying a dozen (12) and a half dozen (6). They are to complete their Facts 103B and Homework 103B.

Students worked on folding squares into fourths three different ways. They are to complete both sides of the fact practice 88 and Homework 88B.

Students worked on telling time to the half hour. Try and have them practice at home! They are to complete their Homework 87B.

Students worked on adding with regrouping using pennies and dimes. They are to complete BOTH sides of their Fact Homework (86A and B), then Homework 86B but on side 86A they are to complete number 5.

Students worked on grouping pennies into groups of 10 and singles into extra to learn about tens and ones place values. They are to complete their Homework 85B.

Students worked on grouping by 10's then counting. Try to have them group items at home by 10's, put the extra to the side, count by 10's, then count in the extras!

Students worked on congruent shapes (shapes that are exactly the same size and shape), ask them about it! They are to work on their Facts 83 and Homework 83B.

Students worked on their minus 2 facts and used cubes to discover answers. They made green fact cards and are to practice them, then complete their Homework 68B.

Students worked on dividing a square three ways and writing fractions for one half. They are to complete their Fact Homework 67B and their Homework 67B.

Students had two math assessments in class and are to practice their colored fact cards tonight for homework.

Students worked on odd and even numbers so they are to complete their Facts 56B paper, but ask them to count by even and odd numbers at home.

Students reviewed their doubles facts and completed their first fact practice! Tonight, students will complete their Saxon Homework 29B.

Students worked on their doubles to the sum of 18 facts! They are to complete their Saxon Homework 28B worksheet.

Students worked on their double facts to the sum of 18 and will complete their Saxon Homework 27B.

Students went over repeating patterns and labeling them. They are to complete their Saxon Homework 26B.

Students complete their math assessment today and have a review addition sheet to complete.

Students will complete their addition sentence review worksheets. They will count the groups of animals, write the numbers on the lines, then write what they equal.

Students worked on ordinal positions from 1st to 6th, so they will complete their Saxon Homework 22B.

Students worked on simple addition sentences using apples and cubes as pretend seeds. For homework they will complete Saxon Homework 21B. 

Students worked on counting from 0-23 and soling word problems. Homework is counting from 1-30 and tracing the numbers as they count to practice. 

Students had a math test today so their homework is to practice counting, shading in, and writing their number from 1-10.

Students worked on pictographs and reviewed math concepts from previous sections. They will complete Saxon homework 19B.

Today we had our first rounds of testing and to make it simpler, we did both Math and Reading today. Students tested from 8:15 am until 1:00 pm so there will be no homework today.
Wednesday and Thursday students will have homework so I will post that tomorrow.
Tonight have students read their decodables or review past assignments.

Students had their first test in math! We went over counting and using logical reasoning to solve word problems. Tonight they will complete their counting apples.

Today students worked on counting, collecting data, and making a bar graph using dice. Students will work on number order and counting with their "Missing Apples" number paper. 

Students worked on their numbers and counting in math, so they will complete Saxon Homework 9B.

We worked on writing our numbers 0, 6, 8, and 9. Homework tonight is the Saxon worksheet 8B side. 

Students made a pictograph of how they come to school. Students will complete their Saxon Math Homework 7B.

Students practice writing numbers and recognizing squares and circles. They are to complete Homework 6B.

Students will complete their Math Homework 5B and finish tracing their numbers 0-10 worksheet.

We worked on our letters 2, 3, and 7. since we struggled the students are to practice tracing their Lesson 5 Worksheet. 

Students worked on writing their numbers 1-5. They are to complete 4B and 4A if they did not finish it in class.

Students used cubes to make numbers 1-5. They will complete 2A and 2B for homework.

We read "10 Dots" in math today to help us to start thinking about numbers and counting. Students are to cut and paste the items in the correct spot.
