SOCIAL STUDIES - Weekly Current Events:
Weekly Current Events: current event presentations for Social Studies are done in class. Throughout the week, we will watch and discuss news stories as a group. While watching the news, students will write down summaries of what they are hearing and learning. On Fridays, students will present their findings to the class. Students earn points for writing summaries throughout the week, accurately depicting news stories, and presenting coherently to the class.
